Slob in Hospital

Got a call tonight telling me slob had got taken off of his bike on the A3.
Car decided to change lanes without looking properly, slob was doing around 50 and got stuck between the car and the crash barrier, fearing the worst I headed over to Kingston hospital, where we discover he has broken the tip of his finger.






BUT he was not wearing a jacket, he has lost a lot of skin, will require stitches in some wounds and has some mega bruising. It couldhave been far wosre, be careful out there folks.

He wont be picking anything for a while as he cant move his arms very well.
He has very bruised ribs and as I left I the hospital I kept making him laugh....sorry but I have to... (see my sig)

Thought I'd sign on on Slobs' behalf, Wifey here!

Just to tell you all know, he's okay. Decided to stay in overnight as went very dizzy when sitting up, we thought he was far too heavy for me to try and lift him!

Left him a bag full of food which cheered him up. As his extra padding stopped any massive fractures he won't be on diets anytime soon.

Crash barriers I sh1t em :D :D I did feel sorry for the driver he had no idea I was there.. I know, I know he should have looked but nevermind.

I was in a filter lane to the left riding staggered with a bike behind me. the traffic in the two lanes to my right slowed down dramatically, matey decided to 'nip' into the filter lane...whe I was. We collided at about 50.

I think I hit the armco before I hit the deck the straight bruise from my left bicep across my left hand ribs would suggest that's the case. I rolled a couple of times and ended up either on my kness or my feet.. i can't quite remember.

Considering I was only in shirt and jeans I did okay, I managed to detach from the bike which was good altough the sole of my left cowboy boot got ripped off.

injurys:
Left Bicep swollen with possible torm muscles.
Left wrist fractured
left thumb possible ligament damage and swollen to fuck
middle finger left hand broken tip.

Left ribs extremely swollen...oh hang on that's fat :D make that bruised.

right lower stomach road rash
Right shoulder hurts like hell
Right tricep stiched and possible torn muscle
right forearm road rash

All in all not a bad effort really :D

yeah.. live by the sword ;) to be honest I got a bit annoyed in the resus ward, they were trying to inject me with pain killers.. I want to know what's going on I need to know where it hurts jto get a measure of the injuries.. they thought i was being a tit.. I wasn't.

i also went to hospital today as i got a dead leg and pins and needles in
me toes now
got me back x rayed and its fine
but they reconed i got nerve damage and wanted me to stay in to be checked out, sod that its the weekend and got a do on in stock prior
so i discarged meself against the doc`s advice and ad to sign a disclaimer
and they want me to go back if i still got the deadleg etc
i don`t wanna stay i the worst hospital in the world (alegdgidly)(great spelling again)
while the weathers like this and the lads are all in a field living it up
