I've got loads of them little balls in the bottom of me saddlebags, every time I end up at a service station wiv 'em I get more, Just in case I end up @ a rally wiv no toothbrush & paste.

Luckily (it seems), I've not had to use one yet! :D

...on the subject of vending machines, how come the ones selling jonnies have got ferrari's and such like on 'em? is it to make them 'glamourous' and ever so slightly dangerous or, does it mean that if you put one on your knob you will climax in under 7 seconds for your standing quarter?

you put ya dosh in and out comes this spiky piece of cheap jap plastic with a cleaner on it (probably bleach by the taste of it) you shove it in your cake hole and chew it... its supposed to clean your teeth,
probably better off chewing on a stick or something

Believe me it ain't sexy, it's a tunic with trousers, the tunic has about as much shape as a bin liner and the matching trews are shiny polyester so we can wipe s*it off with a wet sponge. This lovely ensemble is all finished with a pair of dyke shoes and an expression like a bulldog.
We deliberately dress like that in order to discourage any patients who might get any "funny ideas".

They taste like a cheap bubbley and dont clean yer teeth! I take my hat off (well, I would if I had one) to the person who invented them AND managed to con everyone into stocking them! They even conned me into buying some on the way to the bulldog! What a waste of pennies! :(
