You could try here http://www.biketours-uk.com/ or here http://www.motorcycletours.co.uk, or lust DIY - I was thinking about it this June, but it didn't come off. The ferry from Ireland to Cherbourg was £200 return, Premiere Class Motels are around £20 per night so ten days would cost about £400 plus petrol and spending money.
Down through France, across the South of France Coast and back up via the Alps and into Strasbourg, then straight across back to Cherbourg looks like a good ride, and should be acheiveable in ten days comfortably.

Our local riders club usually does a pretty sedate trip to Normandy about once a year - camping rather than hotels. The first time I went I was riding a 100cc 2-stroke - 200 miles in a day and I didn't even have a sore bum tho my clutch hand was pretty well worn out!
Been on a trip with BiketoursUK as well but that was to the IOM TT, Bill Roughton who runs it is a good bloke - it feels more like travelling with a mate than an 'organiser' but he knows what he's doing.
And there's always a certain run to a rally in Portugal only I daren't say who its organised by on here......... ;)

Do Faro without the 'other' magazine and just team up with guys on the ferry. If you're camping, find guys with similar bikes and are camping. Same with hostals/hotels. You can do Santander/Bilbao to Faro in two days. Get on site for free and tour the Al;garve till rally time. Getting there early also means you can virtually pick your own spot. A slow liesurely run back and a day or two in northern Spain while you wait for the ferry. Hostals are cheap and cheerful, bit like truckers stops. Twin bedded rooms, bath/shower and toilet en-suite and usually a bar/restaurant downstairs. Dirt cheap and friendly.
