View Full Version : Extreme Music Artist Match-making!

I've been moaning at one of my suppliers to change his classical hold music to something more up beat like Motorhead. Which lead us on to the subject of Unlikely Artists doing something totally different to what they currently produce at present, for example:-

Lemmy does Wagner's Faust! Or Monserat Cabaillet (so it's spelt wrong but you know who I mean!) does Ace of Spades!

You get the Idea, Extreme ends of the music spectrum! So who would you like to see do something totally different to their current style? Something like Neil Diamond does Gilbert and Sullivan! :D

have heard a lot of rock artists do ABBA covers (think there's an album out)

and Gene Simmons said his all time fave record was 'when you wish upon a star' which he sang on the B side to his solo record Radioactive

apart from that I'd like to see Dido do Janis Joplin - then she might learn how real singers should sound

Dido Fido

stoopid whispery singin - hate it...!

S club-7 doing something intresting!

Beethoven doing 'Rollover Chuck Berry'

Bob Marley doing 'Putting on the Ritz'

The record I would most like to hear is Jeremy Clarckson ' Heard it through the Carbine' with a real shooting at the end as he tries to play it like a trombone.
