all our govenment want is cash to give to the third world ..who in turn send us all there poor people to take our jobs and eat up more resorses so we in turn need to pay more back door taxes...and the beat gos on

No problem at all.
As long as the tax descends on the head of the person found to be responsible for the accident and there isn't a cop out for, "Well he wasn't insured, so you'll have to pay it...".
Bearing in mind that your local council is responsible for the condition of the roads so that when you end up in a hedge because of a pothole, they should be paying it.
And of course assuming that the whole thing where farmers and so on are responsible for the crap they leave on the road actually gets enforced and they get beat up for the accidents that they cause.
And so on. Seeing as goverment figures used to show that sometthing quite ridiculous like 80% of all motorcycle accidents weren't the riders fault, you have to ask yourself if they actually read the crap they churn out......
Ever hear of "ambulance fees"? Not that it goes to the ambulance service you understand, I did hear tell that it goes to the consultant, but I suspect that to be bullpoo. Probably goes to the hospital.

Well the person causing the accident (or at least has some degree of responsibility for it ) is penalised to some degree by losing their no-claims bonus... Now the government wants a piece of the action?
All that will happen is that insurance premiums will go up Even More 'Cos it's the insurance companies that would end up paying the "crash tax"... meaning ALL bikers would be penalised for each Biker riding like a twat.

So what happens when you slip on a patch of diesel? You can't find the van driver who overfilled and caused the accident on that one! (nearly came a cropper to that a few days ago)

I'll wait to see it confirmed in something other than the sensational soar away More Crap Than News before I believe it.
Having said that, with this government it wouldn't surprise me.
