So who is going this year, i thought quite a few of you were planning on bookin a villa etc.

Iv got my flights booked from manchester on the 20th (i know im flying but i only passed my DAS yesterday so surely thats a good enough excuse not to ride)

Well if any of you are going, hope to see you there for a beer.

Lol, i was always in that pool last year, the first time i was gettin in i was trying to act cool and walk in slowly but my feet just slid from under me on that plastic and i ended up flat on my back and give everyone a good laugh. its all fun though :D

Sorry to hijack this thread, but it is Faro connected, honest.

The Dad of a mate of mine has been taken seriously ill, and so me mate won't be riding out to Faro now. Him, me and 7 others was taking the Ferry to Santander from Plymouth on the 15th July, and then returning on the ferry on the 27th July. It's going to be a cracking time and he's absolutely gutted to be missing it.

Here's the thing: The return ticket cost £300 for him and the bike, and there's no refunds (just vouchers against later travel.) It's a shame to waste the ticket so he's asked me to see anyone can get some use of it .. I've already passed the word to my own club and best offer secures. May even put it on ebay if no one here can get organised in time.

hey not so easy, there's a lot of pissed Jocks about last year as I recall... excellent Kilt weather out there.. although I admit not all Kilt-wearers were both pissed and Celts.. some were one thing and some the t'other...and that's not starting on the PIL Devils in Skirts

I,m easy to spot...I've got my name on my cutoff..
one side says blackhack, the other says Alba (scotland to those who dont know)
and a side patch with Brothers of the third wheel on it.

Been once on a club run, and it was fukkin' excellent.
Great atmosphere, great hosts but the sprinkler system in the marquee was a bit of a shock!....... :eek:
The welcome goodie bag was great too.........a t-shirt, free meal vouchers, a camping mug, stickers, and a cap!............ :D

...Until I checked the flight prices and found an OK deal for the 6:20am (Thursday) flight lol
