Ah - but there's quite a lot of folks who are as idle as I am.
Why pick a phone up ?
For anyone on dial-up connection, it also means they have to drop offline whilst they phone.
As well as being idle, I'm also a cynical old git, and have a healthy mistrust of anything that doesn't carry a price.

I'm not having a dig at you - just that it would make more sense from a marketing point of view to have something like "prices from XX per room".
That way, some daft bugger like myself might point out whilst chatting

Off the top of me head, the Donnington Hotel carries a price page, with the normal 'disclaimers' on it.

It may be worth doing something similar.
I know 'our lot' ( Moonshiners MCC ) very often book a place for a weekend away - makes a change from camping. Come to think of it, theres a few gone away to Weston, for the beach racing, this weekend.

now the last time i went to blackpool, i thought it was a nasty place, all kiss me quick hats and stag nights, ok if ya like that kinda thing, but i like a bit of suffistication.........cant spell it but still im a stuck up bird :P

Well we all do things differently, posting prices just causes hassle, see I do discounts for bikers, now the mainstream market might get annoyed if they came across the biker site for the hotel and thought "bugger" they get it cheaper, but the idea is to make it cheaper for Bikers than the mainstream market, about time Bikers had some place to go up here that was cheaper for them and that they didn't get the usual "sorry we're full" crap just cause the hotlier was stuck up and didnt like the look of his/hers leathers.

Witchy depends what you're looking for, yea there's the usual tat, but you get that at most seaside towns.
I won't knock the stags cause all the ones we've had here have been GREAT FUN! :)

;) Thanks for the well wishes, must admit it's going better than expected, had a few bike clubs here alreeady and had a cracking time, doing one biker night on the 6th and its filled up so quick I'm running another in December.

We might come a visiting before Christmas as we've got relations in Hit The Road Gang up your way, and the general idea is if we come and see them before Christmas, then they don't come down here till the New Year.
