i've got a '98 RF900, (one off, not standard sh1te). i'm puttin a turbo on it 'bout september time. i've been on the phone to 'straightline racing' regarding, (among other things), oil feed to the turbo; i was gonna pick up a feed where the two hoses come out from the top of the crankcase behind the barrels, they go 1 each side to the ends of the cams, but matey reaconed this might starve the top end of oil.
he said that the RF crankcases are the same as gsxr1100 ones of the same age, and that they have an oil cooler, the RF doesnt.
he reccomended picking up the turbo oil feed from the feed to the oil cooler, (blanked off on my casings), but how do i tell which one is the feed , and which one is the return, without drilling them both and seeing which one the oil squirts out of? matey didnt know.
anyone with a gsxr11 of a similar age know?
any other ideas?
