Seems that the last time I was on this ere forum was 28th June. This manic work thing has got to stop you know, it'll be me funeral next, and I'll probably miss that cos of work commitment!! Anyhow I'm still around, although sadly the dear old MZ was knicked from work 2 weeks ago, so anyone around Corby area finds a MZ Saxon 251 reg L 289 MFL, let me know. It was my winter bike, and I'd only started using it that week. : :

Sorry to hear about the bike, I see that Corby hasn't changed since I left. They still haven't got any taste in what they nick! :D :p

Some little grunts nicked a really tatty C50 years ago, from the housing estate behind the Four Ways BP station. They actually got as far as Middleton, before giving up trying to bump/hot wire it and dumping the thing outside my house! :mad:

To cap it all I phoned the bill, who in turn, told the owner, who phoned me up to find out how to collect it. I said that the main loom was cut, but by the time he gets down to me I'd tape it up so that he could get home. So down he comes looks at his bike, sticks in the key, grunts at me, and then he buggers off, without so much as a thanks! Grrrr!!
