A guy goes to the docs complaining of severe headaches.After a thorough scanning and a full medical the doctor tells him that the headaches were caused by his testicles pressing upward and backwards into the base of his spinal column."The only way to cure it is to amputate your testicles." The guy thought hard and long about his precidament but in the end reluctantly agreed to go under the knife.After the op and 2 weeks bed-rest the bloke emerged from the hospital determined to start a new life despite the lack of scrotum."I'll treat myself to a new image" he said to himself as he entered a posh tailors in Bond Street."I want a flash suit" he said to the old man behind the counter.The tailor took one look at him and said"You'll be a 44in. long sir"."Blimey!How did you know that?" Said the man.The old bloke said,"I've been a tailor for 60 years and I know my job inside out" He sorted out a suit and it fitted like a glove."How about some shoes?"Said the guy."That'll be black brogues,size 8" said the tailor."You're right again,that's bloody amazing" said our mate."You really do know your job." He turned round and saw some flash looking silk underpants on a shelf."I'll take 3 pairs of them." The tailor said,"Of course sir,that will be 36inch fit.""Aha!" Said the guy."Got you there,I'm a size 34,have been since I was 18 years old!""That's funny,"said the tailor."I could of sworn you were a 36,by my reckoning a 34 would be too tight and make your testicles press into the base of your spine causing you a terrible headache."
