I'll be there on the MAG stand on the last Saturday and Sunday, hopefully I'll get a couple of hours off to run around, say hello to peeps, and sit on the new bikes making 'Brum,Brum' noises.

Ho! Bye the way I don't need a wheelchair now! So I can get around an' see more with out getting blocked by everyone gapping at the "Birds on bikes" Last year it took me nearly an hour to get from one side of hall six to the other! I didn't look at any of em! (Well, thats what I told the Missus) lol

See you there!!!!!!!

Definitely going but not at the weekend when there's too many kids getting in the way, and their parents get so annoyed when you kick their offspring.

Last year I actually saw two blokes getting out of a Mondeo on the car park and putting bike jackets on and then getting helmets out of the boot to carry round with them. Proper bikers.

Sorry folks, not this year. I don't think the world is ready yet to see the jumper three times in one year!

To be quite honest I was disappointed in it last year. Whilst the Custom Extreme show had some really great bikes, there was little in the way of custom shops showing. Those that were, were basically flogging Custom Chrome and Highway Hawk catalogues.

I'm afraid I sneaked off and wandered into the Music Show that was on, and had a wail of a time listening to all manner of peeps playing various instruments!

Maybe next year!

Dunno if I'll be going cos I may be otherwise occupied - on the other hand, I just borrowed a fantasic wheelchair from a friend for when I come out of hospital - only thing missing is the Ducati badge - I've wheelied it already!

But as you say, need a clear run for that. Haven't been to the show for a couple of years cos I used to go every year and it got a bit same old, same old.......

But it would be fun to meet some folks from the forum.

Yeah Trikergran I found a lot the same, but I just love the crack of the show's an' meeting all the folk; I usually manage to get a couple o' bargains (well thats what I call em when the wife is near bye)lol It will be different this year for me, coss I won't have a wheel chair with me! It maybe, be a bit more tyering but I'll just have to waite an' see. DMA say they'll, get another member to stand in for me if I get too tired! Well with all those bikes an' bikers around I aint never going to get tired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I shall pass this year, I'm afraid.

Went a couple of years ago, and got fed up with:-

1) being ignored by stallholders (no, I have a licence, honest... no really... yes - passed test - about 12 years ago.... I also earn more than my boyfriend, err actually, right now, we're shopping for me... My credit card... can you talk to me please?... Sorry.... hello? I'm down here... Dum de dum... )

2) Not being able to get near the bikes owing to wannabes (I really would like to know what's going to appear at some stage on the second-hand market, and whether I can reach the ground on it...)

3) being batted out of the way by teenage wannabes to have a leer at and a photo taken some whippet in lycra who knows nothing about a product they're trying to promote. Poor ol' souls look like they need a good feed. perhaps then they'd cheer up a bit.

not being a killjoy, if you like it, then go, have a smashing time, and collect loads of freebies... But most traders don't seem to be interested in my expendable income, let alone in hiring someone to get *my* attention.

Give it a couple of years and I might go again, and will take the day off to go during the week. but last time, I was distinctly underwhelmed.
