NO I haven't left you all my millions, cos I aint got any:D
But I would really appreciate it if you looked at my website and told me honestly what you thought, I REALLY need some honest Criticism, what I need to know is.........

Is it easy to navigate?

Does it serve the purpose intended?

If you registered was it easy?

Please I need to know anything that will make it better.

I havent built the site myself (i used a template), but I am thinking about getting /paying someone to make me a better, more proffesional looking site (Yoda ;)).

Do you want me to be Honest....
...
Really honest
...
OK you asked for it
....
my opinion only and i could be wrong....so please dont hit me
only a few tips things that may help and they are only minor things

Main Page
Thing1,
in the 2nd frame (right hand one) what about centreing the page using a percentage as opposed to a specific size (i would use 90 or 95 %)

Thing2,
it seems a bit busy although there isnt that much to make it busy i use a 19" monitor with 1280x960 screen size and the credit card image seems bigger than it needs to be and on a smaller screen res it will look bigger still.
BUT (Thing1) may help this as everthing will be evenly spaced on the screen and should unclutter the left hand side.

Product page
just 1 thing (as well a centreing page)

Thing1, could you get away with using 2 columns and slightly resize the wording slightly(smaller)

all other pages
Centre Pages on a percentage basis

and one more thing
Thing 1,
as you are a business site it cant harm to make it as accesable as possible for people
you can do this by adapting the existing site or makeing a subsite
using alt tags on images etc... and a more readable background/text colours (in a sub site)
see here for accesability details

email me if you need any help or anything

I thought the purple text on a black background was hard to read, and for the white text a 'softer' font would be better (not so harsh on the eyes)

but then I know feck all about websites, its taken me most of the morning to put some piccys on the site I look after.

Good site, easy to navigate. nothing in my size but thats normal.

But.....If you could make the left hand Navigation column a scroll one as I cannot see whats at the bottom of it.
Also change the purple writing to another colour, as it can be hard to read on the black background.
A suggestion for the font type, try Verdena instead of Georgia, makes it easier to read.

Thats all i can see that I would suggest for changes

My website is in its second version now, website creation is like anything else, a learning curve. I am using dreamweaver to build and maintain it Just a basic build nothing fancy. Though soon its gonna have another transformation when it goes fully e-commerce.

Basically backing up Yoda and TD...

Try to stay away from frames. Use layers and templates instead.

Use styles instead of specifying the font/colour in the page.

Yoda's point of ALT tags is V Important.

Verify your pages for W3C/WAI compliance if you want to be sure.

oops sorry Lynne - I got too distracted by the loverly stuff wot yer can buy and didn't really notice the rest

looks ok to me though, easy to navigate which is a plus

agree wif SD about the bit on the far left though....you can't see what it says at the bottom so it needs a scrolly down thingy

:D

will try and register when I'm at home again

Thanks again everyone ......
The site is created using a company called one and one who provide me with the template, unfortunately the template is in frames, OK i would love to build the site myself using frontpage or even dreamweaver (have done it in the past, but wasn't a shop) but i dont know how to make all the shopping things, like the shopping cart but Im looking in to it. arrrghhhh
not enough time in the day :(
