' rrrfffmpf rffffmph'.

Are you sure it's not the after effects of last night's curry? I advise you not to smoke until you find out...

I can honestly say I didn't see that... but at one point toad went down on his knees and a sawing sound came from there...sparks flew and he produced a bit metal that they said they would both use on Bassmans chop in a minute.. it was a cylindrical piece of metal 3 inches long 1.5 inches wide with a fixing attachment..

bill?

Alas lovely bassman left us... taking his chop away... due to fatigue from a gruelling schedule and being hard at it.. he has his flask of coffee and some proplus to aid alertness. Has gone home to show his chop to his wife now.
He will display his photos of what happened here later or tomorrow...
:D

It's amazing what you can do with a firm grip and a good blow.

Still, at least I got to fiddle with your back end. My big tool got quite dirty as I recall.

Update:- I've seen the video of two men and a chop.. it's called the worlds noisiest chopper.. stars a welshman.. just like the other famous film... some sexual content... and success at the end.. very good. at one point u can see toads hand coming past bassmans legs tweaking the carb, with petrol leaking down, and them both going. give it bit more..yeah that's it.. very good.

Toad now very tired after his long day asleep in chair.

:D

That Toad is very good on his knees.... his fiddling is the stuff legends are made of!!

Suffice it to say that Toads and VioletMay are stars.. really enjoyed my day and a bit down there with em... But that toad forced me to drink cans of lager from 3.pm.. by 5 pm i was even more bloody useless than usual... :D

Anyway the carb and manifold toad made works great. (or it will do when i sort a float chamber gasket). We fitted a inch and 3/4 su.. from an old Maestro!!.. they got to be good for summat eh.

Here are a couple of pics from today... hope they post ok!!...

And notice the Toad's pose... professional model or what! Hand on hip? Hmmm...

The nearly finished item!!
http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a363/backstreetguitars/Picture007.jpg

Got a bit of fettling to do with it now, file a couple of welds down a tad etc.. fit two new gaskets and some better jubille clips and she done.. Ran really well though, revved good, and started right away!!...

Will keep you informed as to how it goes when its finally finished!! :D

Thanks both.. you've been brilliant..
