Italian Gas Delivery

Recently whilst on holiday in Italy, in the narrow streets, we found this guy delivering propane. :eek:

could you imagine that happening in this country? with health and safety preached mantra like for practically everything we do. how come we seem to be the only country to observe all the rules when the rest of the eu only comply with laws that suit them?

used to see this sort of thing all the time when i used to visit a mate of mine on the wrens nest in dudley. only difference was they were'nt been delivered they were being nicked. :D
