Couldnt ride today

The weather was good, I had the day off and I was looking forward to a blast down some of the local country roads but it wasnt to be.

I woke up with a stiff neck this morning and its been getting worse not better.
So having had to give the riding a miss, I think I will do the enxt best thing and pour myself a nice J-D. Might dull the pain and help me sleep too!

I just hope it eases off overnight.
