I've just heard from my solicitor about my accident in 2001 and it basically says The final hearing of your claim will take place sometime between 20th january and 7th of febuary next year So that means i'm almost at the end of the road with the court case and thank god it's done me head in. Bloody Direct line they certainly know how to piss people about when your trying to get them to pay up for damages to my bike.
