i would say try cerrunnos (check spelling) website, they have a good listing of events on there but don't no about abroad

These people (http://www.mcdekleppenjagers.nl) hold an excellent rally in Gemert, near Eindhoven and they've got a decent list of European rallies

The fat b*stard pie eaters are havin a rally in Rjkervorsel but that's in July. We did it last year and it was spot on IT HAD BEER N EVERYTHING !!!
