The local council/highways commision whatever, have decided that Layhams Road is to be resurfaced this week startin' Thursday - just in time for our rally this weekend. Sorry folks, it's one of those things. I'm told that the road will still be open for access but it may take time gettin' up there. Please be patient.
We stopped the 'Silly Games' at our parties a few years ago seein' as folks wern't bothered .... Looks like the council want to start them again for us.
Maybe we can sell a franchise :D

What does that mean, Stevie? That there'll be roadworks which will hold you up, or there's damn great holes in the road which will slow you up? :confused:

From what I'm told they're resurfacing the whole length of Layhams Rd so it'll be roadworks - but it is only a narrow road. Just wantin' to warn folks that they may get delayed.:)

I would really like to, Stevie, although it would probably only be for Saturday. Depends on fitting in everything else - Historic Motorsport Show and Xtreme Wheels too. Only february and already there's not enough time!!

Too cold for my southern bones I'm afraid. Bad enough at CW - got down to -3 at night last year. Cant say I particularly noticed though ... for some strange reason. Sure Creature and an unidentified liquid may have an answer though
