never heard of indoor cats gettin a virus m8
what did your vet say?
if one of my animals had something that killed them that quick i would be wanting a post mortem...
i fostered for the cats protection league and rehomed over a hundred cats.....this sounds pretty dodgey to me....poison is about the only thing i can think of that would effect them that quick

Someone told me that even indoor cats should be vaccinated because it is possible to bring viruses and the like in on our shoes.... I don't know how true that is.
That's really tragic m8, sorry to hear it :(

well i am sure if there was a new virus kicking about that was as leathal as this one sounds it would have been on the news or summit....
and its very rare to pick a virus up from someones shoe...

I think parvo is a kind of cat flu but it can be deadly to dogs.... :(
