Ok does anyone know how you acually go about getting exemption from the MSVA for disabilty reasons and what adaptions are necessary to qualify for the exemption?
(just want to get ahead for my next trike)
also would it then need an msva if i sold it?

Try asking NABD, their website is nabd.org.uk. If anyone should know they should.

If you're building a trike for yourself because you are diabled or you're building it for a person who is, then you do not need an MSVA (which isn't very tough anyhow) and you can sell it to a regular dude without problem.
I'd be a regular dude meself if I didn't have a bit of paper that sez I'm barking..!

do you have to get an exemption certificate or anything
and how do the determine that it is for disabled use?

As things stand (down this way anyhow) if you've got a registration number for the bike the engine came from, then that'll probably be the one you end up with.
Don't ask me why; it's just what they're doing.

My dissability is not a visible one, i've got spinal disease, basicly my spine is falling apart, and i'm not in a wheel chair yet. i get a lot of pain in my legs so don't feel safe holding up a bike anymore, cos they sometimes giveway, hence need for a trike.

My plan is to trike a kwak gt750, wishbone rear end and springer front.

Is it going to make any differance if it's full on chop style (looks matter :) ) and me going for the dissability clause? cos every penny counts.

You don't have to provide proof of your disability (it would probably infringe your civil rights if they asked)
So if you were a firm making trikes for disabled folk then you wouldn't need to MSVA any of them..... Thoretically
