OK then, I'll divule the secret when I get back from work, just off now. It really really works and is very simple, I've been using it for years (much to Mitch's relief).

All you do is restrict your calorie intake 1-1 half weeks before it's due. Obviously this won't work for very slender ladies who need to eat all day like my little sister but for anyone of normal weight try 1200-1400 calories the week before and the symptoms disappear as if by magic as long as you don't cheat.
Me and my other sister have been doing this for years and it cured us!

WHAT!!!! I'd pass out and die! I know I'm a bit porky but I really have to overeat like a mad woman to put on weight. Once I decide to stop over eating like a madwoman the weight falls off. Being fat is a full time occupation! :)
Surely 1000 cals is no more than a small bowl of cornflakes and a few packets of crisps :eek:

never had a big appetite

I put weight on due to stress and it never goes away again hence at only 5'2" I weigh 10 stone which is 1.5 stones over normal max for my height!

If I drink alcohol my calorie intake goes up though

way up ha ha

has anyone noticed that you can lose weight by having 9 or 10 hours of sleep a night? I did that once and lost a stone in 2 weeks..!!

working shifts made me fatter too

or is it just me? am i wierd?? lol

Well I'd never have guessed you were 10 stone Doro, you look much thinner than that!!!!!!
I'll try sleeping 10 hours a night, very hard cos we're early risers but surely worth a go! I find being love sick helps weight loss so Mitch will have to go away for six months and then come back again......second thoughts, NO! couldn't live without him for that long :) ;) :o
