Was great to meet everyone and see the excellent engineering involved in the team.
I'll add more when ive defrosted but right now im off for a hot bath cause im bloody freezing :D

And yes there was tears. Big girl hahahahahah. I think there well need to be in inquest now as the whos fault it was. Was it the driver or the engineer?

Same here. When I met Rob at Midway MCC's Trad Rally last year I was stood next to him at the bar in the beer tent, didn't even realise until he introduced himself. I was suprised .... I expected him to be bigger :rolleyes: :D

Give him a bit of credit.... he was the only racer to get his knee down
Both knees in fact, and a shoulder, elbow, hand... oh and his chin I believe :eek:
I did mention to him that he'll get better, he'll grow new skin over those wounds
but the cart won't mend itself :rolleyes:

Yep, i went by bike and rode home in the dark. Yep, i froze my bollocks off. Shame i couldnt stay for the night time do as it looked fun. Next time hopefully. Great to meet Yoda, Freak and Mrs Freak, great to see Lyn and better half again. Nice to see Jonny again and Mia. Just a bloody good day out really.

Oh well........
It was absolutely fantastic, the soap box racing was so funny. had a great day and night, 130 mile ride home in the rain wasn't that good but I made it back in one. Was nice meeting Everyone again and Beccy for the first time, see you all again soon no doubt.
This is one for next year :)

Yeah, at least i didnt get the rain but by hell it was feckin cold going home that night. Real pity i didnt stay, sorta wished i'd took me car now cause i leave me sleeping bags etc in it so could have stayed :D Sod's law huh. Next time for sure though.

Yes, it is indeed a Brough Superior. Well nice it is. Even had an auxillary petrol tank on the sidecar (the chrome tube).
