Well, the new landlords are turning the Green Man into a restaurant. All very well if you fancy a ride out for a prawn cocktail and salmon and cucumber sandwiches but for those who are prepared to settle for a traditional pint and a laugh, the White Horse at Broom, (near Biggleswade) have said they would be more than willing to extend a hearty welcome. Theres land out the back for any events you may wish to put on at any time too. We'll set a day for meets later in the new year, it'll probably be wednesdays to break the week up.
So, thanks to Sarah. What a good egg.

Me and Mitch went to the Green Man in Clophill once and liked it. When I lived in Bedford Clophill was always rumoured to be the centre for witchcraft covens and the like but we never did find out if it was true or all just a local myth.

Yes Mrs R Clophill IS a withcraft haven....evil bloody place that old church is. My paranormal group has investigated it lots of times, and the evidence is scary. Go to:
