off for my first visit to an osteopath, for my lower back,should be fun!

i'd like to thank krammer for the concentrated foxglove extract he sent me. but to be honest mate it made my heart feel funny :)

and thank you yoda for your suggestion, but frankly i think thats perverted :eek:
but mary said that she can make a table lamp from that large black strap on you sent

I'd be very careful about that foxglove stuff, contains a drug that makes your heart go faster, it could make you feel quite ill.

I have got a problem with me neck tried a couple cost me quite a bit of money but they did'nt do much for me. :mad:
As has already been said they work for some people but not everyone.

I was nearly crippled with a bad back when I was only 22, doctor told me I'd learn to live with it!

Osteopath put it right - took several months, and I had to send 2 weeks doing NOTHING, not lifting anything heavier than a teacup. But it worked and I've never had back problems since, except when I unwisely tried to play badminton!

I'd be very careful about that foxglove stuff, contains a drug that makes your heart go faster, it could make you feel quite ill. sh1t!!! rumbled.....

Osteopath's are great but they always tell you to strip right off - always makes me feel uncomfortable.
Hope you're back gets better!

Not surprised missus, Ive been to three osteo's in the past and each time there was no mention of losing me personals.

Next time you go, take a friend. A big one.

Well I hope you have the same result as me Mr D
It was all I could do to stand up yet me Doctor was a complete waste of time.
He sent me for an xray and told me to return in two weeks for the results TWO WEEKS feck that:mad:

Me boss couldn't believe it and sent me to an osteopath
I could have punched the fella for what he put me through
but in all fairness, 48 hrs later and its just so much better :D :D
