any idea what size master cylinder to run just the rear two brakes either brake or clutch cheers people

it depends somewhat on the pedal ratio. but we've used 18-20 mm bore sized cylinders

A bike rear cylinder should do just fine

I've just fitted a Reliant axle to a Kawasaki GT750 and the original rear master cylinder works well.

allegedly landrover clutch cylinders are ithe same as relient brake cylinders but 1/5th the price new

i have done loads of reliant back ends and i always use a single delivery master cylinder from demon tweeks they are around 34 quid they will stop anything if your pedal construction is right
