Hi,
I know that this is ridiculously short notice but Leicestershire Constabulary have placed completely unreasonable restrictions in an effort to prevent the rally taking place.
The Hinckley Rugby Club venue have been informed (by post) just two days before the rally that their late licence has been revoked and that bands must be off stage by 10pm. As a result we have been forced to change venue at the last minute. If there is any way you could possibly alter the details on your site to show the new venue we would be very obliged.
5th Skinned and Scalped Rally is now taking place at:
Netherseal St Peter's Sports Club
Main Street
Netherseal
Swadlincote
Derbyshire
DE12 8DB
3rd-5th September 2004

There may also be some consequent change to programmed events as a result.
