Art Erotica or Pornography

Can anybody here tell me the difference between art erotica and pornography i dont know if there is a specific difference or does it depend on each persons interpretation of it.

Interesting question. It depends on your point of view and from which point you are viewing. Similar to 'Terrorist or Rebel', one persons terrorist is another persons rebel, again erotic art can be considered 'porn' by some and porn can be considered 'erotic art' by others..... if you understand anything I've just said, good, 'coz I have no idea ;)

Art erotica is rich peoples porn, hung in stately homes and not to be seen by plebs. Porn is what the poor get instead of art. But if Tracey Emins bed is art, then so is the two page spread in Razzle or Fiesta art. This is called 'Found Art'. A farty term for every day stuff that they can flog for millions, but we would get laughed at for. Even the idea of 'Art' is subjective. You still can buy it - We buy it (then as naturists, that goes without saying) though it's a bit hard to get hold of (f'nurk Mrs R!), as in, it seems to be only available in the one and only shop we can get hold of 100% Biker. It's not porn - OK, there are full frontals (male & female), the pics are mostly quite amateurish and there are occasionally some good looking women in there - yet it's on the top shelf, whereas magazines like Bizarre and FHM (which IMHO are more blatant) are on the floor with the decorating mags! :confused:
