i'm in the process of banding a plain deep sided fender before taking a mould off it. but i'm running behind, time wise.
give "xjtiker666" an email he has moulds already made up.
look in the members list for him..

yea i,m ere can make um that wide for ya m8..but will tek about 10 dayz coz i,ve just ad shoulder op an cant do much till stitches r out on friday but e-mail me an i,ll sort ya out xjtriker666@btinternet.com...giz ya e-mail addy an i,ll send ya pics.....

Hi Skinny i have a brand new set unused and ready for painting, they are just a tad under 10" (1/8") cost me £120 but open to a good offer.

i think you'll find that trikers fenders are priced okay.
and heh it always pays to keep it in house ;)

shud av some done nxt week 320mm wide with 30mm sides on them....

yep made to order in fibre/glass..clear gel coat finish or white if ya want..pretty much same as the pic....the rear end is kikked up slightly or ya can av plain ones about a third wheel size....so most ov the rear tyre is exposed....can even get stuff to stikk them on with ..no ugly bolt/holes that vibrate off....it,s a rubber compound used in construction ind,has been on trike in exess of 90mph with no probs at all...........if ya av a look at biker,sweb site under devil,s own custom ,m8,s valkyrie is on there with the mudgardz i made an he cut an shaped them wi jigsaw....i,m sat on back ov trike fillin me face.......................

how much and how long would they take to make also do you do front ones?

new trike mudgardz comin soon front for wide wheels 200mm wheel...rear 320mm wide 1mtr long that covers 2/3rds ov wheel cut um up as ya like,lookin at startin end ov mth wen me new sheds finished can send pics ltr not worked prices out yet but ya won,t b ripped off,,,, bort mudgard off e-bay from doncaster other day to compare work,,i don,t usally pull other ppl,s work down BUT they r in a nutshell work it out for ya self,??????????????????
i will be needing a pair soon
well as soon as i decide on tyre width..which wont be long now

just taken delivery ov new mould for wide trike mudgardzzz..an me new shed,s done shall b makin mudgardz to fit 295 tyres shortly bout 1mtr long so ya cut an do as ya like....cost is about £75 a pair plus p+p .......................

, about two years ago I made a pair of mud guards from a stainless steel rimed 4X4 spare wheel wheel cover and they are still going strong. The wheel covers can be brought new for around £100 (around £50 s/h) are avialble in different widths and sizes and you can make 2-3 mudguards from one wheel cover. as a added bonus the centre plastic piece makes an oversize frisbee. :)
