Re-chrome advice please.

I've got some rusty bits that need rechroming. Now some peeps say I should do a lot of the preperation work before it goes to the chromers and others say no need to do anything.

Anyone know what the score is on this.

dont do owt just send it to platers they sort it out for ya ...unless it,s 2 stroke pipes then ya need to clean all old oil out ov pipes.....
