Great weather at least. Maybe that's why they call them Bank holidays, sommat to do with cloud banks!
I'm off to Frog on Tuesday for a week. Great food, cheap booze, friendly motorists and open roads who cares about the weather.

Yep, sure are nice. I was going to go for a run, but it was pissing down! Off we went to Homebase where we bought some of those ceiling light/fans. Rigged up a couple then decided that was it and dived into the red wine. Had the roast dinner etc. Now I'm a bit pissed and feeling mellow- great!

AHA
Into the Valley Rally was great
We had 1650 happy bikers
the weather started overcast, then very sunny.
Thanks to all who came & partied until the sun stopped shining & the ice formed on your Tents
No doubt Pat will fill you in on the party that I didn;t see.

Oh I don't know - you could have a theme garden, add a bit more sand and have regular executions there, get your wife a burka.
I've got a wild flower garden i.e i never mow or weed and the triffids are getting closer - eek

Hey Scottie,
Been livin' over 'ere for 12 years an' I ain't seen many!!!!!
Funny, rode back from Toulouse yesterday with a stop over near Limoges (more about that later) and I found 90% of the French motorists to be so biker friendly it was amazing. Over the weekend the percentage was even higher. Maybe it's just a Harley thing.
The only real grief we got was from some Kraut in a people carrybag but the French women at the toll booth was in stitches when I told him just what he could do with his Bosch horn.

I've got a Garden like that, there are columns of Japanese soldiers that don't know the wars over in there. The last expedition that went looking for the mower, were hit by a shower of curare tipped blow-darts and head hunted.

What's the difference between wild flowers and cut flowers?

Ummm, well! Wild flowers grow all over the place whether you want them to or not, in fact especially where you don't want them to and cut flowers are flowers that mainly refuse to grow anywhere unless you cover them in gold plated £10,000 a metre outer mongolian lion dung and build a special fortress around them. Then they suddenly die for no good reason other than they "feel like it".

I always knew gardening was complicated.
I thought they might be wild BECAUSE they were cut!!!! Too simple really :D
