Erm..just a point mate! I know how it is to need a bit o cash for emergancies but dont sell yer soul mate! wot ever the financial crises is..it wont last and you will get through it. Years down the line you will look back on whatever it is thats causing you to sell yer stuff and think...****! I wish I hadnt sold that! there is always a bus in the morning dude! dont sell yer prized stuff for pennies and later regret it! something will turn up for sure.. it ALWAYS does! thats the way of life! Keep yer LP`s dude and get through it! years ahead you`ll be glad! Oooooo! Im a bit drunk but my advice is sound! I think! :)

Iron Maiden are the best band ever!

You may want to contact Iron Maiden FC to advertise or advise you on how much your collection is worth.

Albums - standard first issue tend to go for around £5 each. Imports are more, piccy discs can go for mad amounts (I have a ltd edition numbered Cut to shape 'From here to Eternity' with the wrong b side pressed on it (500 escaped before they noticed)

Videos, unless now deleted, are not worth much, neither are cd's.

1st 10 years 12" box set is around 60 - 90 quid depending on condition (IIRC)

There is more - I will look it up at home tonight if I get chance (may even be able to give you a full list of prices)

I may even be interested in one or two of the items myself, but I need to check my collection to see if I haven't got em (can't remember - got quite a bit)

ok im selling all me stuff

Funny that, we had the idea when you came to ours for that petrol tank, you were a maiden fan - maybe it's something to do with the footy and long hair and all that... (Holy Smoke anyone?)

Shame you're selling your collection - the box set alone should be worth a good few quid now. I'd definitely see what the fanclub say about it (OK, while they can't sort out travel arrangements for Paris hotels - when Maiden played at Bercy arena 9/9/99 just after Bruce re-joined, they got the name of the hotel and the street it was on completely wrong, me and my ex nearly ended up staying at a local pikey council flat  - they should be able to find out for you)

started going off them in about 99-00 , was a huge maiden fan.. see them countless times. inc hamersmith 85, and donny 88. was even lucky enough to be at the clive burr gig in 2002 where a few of us got backstage and to the private party :D had i know we were gonna get into that i would not have been pissed by 9pm :D
but as i say i have really gone off the stuff.. obviously not the classics.. mainly pre 88.
thanks for all the info peeps
and if anyone wants any of the collection you lot get first shout before i flog it all :D

a lot of the stuff is in mint/ unplayed condition
