dear confused
cooo you really are hitting some strange medication me thinks

a round of sandwiches consist of 2 slices of bread and a filling of your choice
(pickeled onion and cucmber good)
even if cut diagonally or horizontally this is still a round

an open sandwich requires only i bit of bread

It's two feckin' bits of bread unless yur Swedish ff's. Two bit of bread with a big slab of meat in between (oo'er missus) and then cut in half! I don't know anyone who uses just one piece of bread and cuts in in half. One piece of bread wouldn't feed a hamster!
Sorry dudes but i do love bread :D

Right stuff the dictionary they always keep changing. The Earl of Sandwich invented the sandwich. He was playing cards and had been playing for many hours when it was suggested he stopped for something to eat .his reply was "i am enjoying a run of luck I cant stop now put some slices of beef between TWO slices of bread and bring that to me on a platter"

Therefore a sandwich consists of 2 slices and whatever filling

Here ends FF's history lesson :)

A sandwich is two slices of bread, an open one is one. And a jam piece is one folded in half

Me and Shaggy have the same disagreement. He says one, I say two slices make a sandwich. So everytime he asks me how many sandwiches do I want, I just reply one with 2 slices, lol
