Do you have to disconect the drive shaft from the differentail?

I was told that you have to! I can't really see why? I mean if you tow a car, you don't do yer!

Wotcha.
You only need remove the prop shaft if it's an automatic - so if it's a bike based trike you should be OK .
( Except for Guzzi 1000 Converts and other rare automatic bikes )

as above ,,mine was towed to stockport no probs,,,,bike trike,,,,,,,,
