When I were a lad in the early '70's, I remember reading a book called "Chopper" which came out not long after Easy Rider. I think it was this book that set me on the path to biking!

How can you devote a whole book to how to ride a motorcycle????
First and only page, "Get on motorcycle, Go".

Ah but the pitman book of the panther recommends in its how to ride section that you get a bicyle and ride it for a week first to prepare you for the throbbing torque monsters that were panthers mighty slopers...
They squeezed the how to ride your new panther into 6 pages if I remember right, not quite cbt is it????
