You can see the bike has a custom paint job. the orange is a rich metallic and reacts beuatifully to sunlight. The flames are cardinal red and pinstriped in Blue, the flames are really subtly shaded to lift them off the tank and fenders (mudguards in English).

The engine is a twin coil which gives constant power and to quote a mate " that bike pulls your arms off!" Bearing in mind he has owned all manner of bikes that was quite an accolade. This bike really has guts ... don't be fooled by the short wheelbase. I have commuted this to London regularly and the bike is beautifully agile and has plenty of grunt when you need it.

The shocks and forks are gas assisted, I have never tweaked them so I can't tell you what difference they make ( that's what mechanics are for).

The bike was tuned by the previous owner very well.

WHY SELL IF THE BIKE IS SO GOOD?????

This is a very reluctant sale. I am absolutely skint and the only asset I have is this bike plain and simple. I now am riding a mates ratted cbr.

What's wrong with it?

1. chips to the rear fender and the tank. I don't know what happened but I came out of shop to find the bike had a few chips (pictured). they are discreet. The tank I managed to collect the chips from the road and insert them back in place. Perhaps some lacquer will sort it? I deliberately haven't bodged it.
2.The forks have a few marks on them (pictured) It seems Harley Davidson don't expect their bikes to be ridden in all weathers. It doesn't effect the quality of the bike in my opinion as your eye is always drawn to the paint.
3.The indicators are replacement because some idiot nicked the originals... have to say though they look much better and are NOT prone to vibrating the ends off like the originals.
4. Because I haven't been using it I have not MOT'd it. I can get this done before the auction closes on request. alternatively I'll knock £100 off the price for a buy now. ....seems fair to me.
5. Scratch on end can and down pipe cover (polishes out) .
WHAT's RIGHT WITH IT?
1.Great paint job
2. replacement indicators
3. Recently replaced brake pads.
4. recently replaced tyres.
5. New drive belt
6. Recent service (done by me and mates) fluids and filters changed and new sparks (spare set included in auction)
7. goes like stink
8. New battery
9. I am including the sissy bar cos I'm not that tight. I made the pad so you might want to get a decent one.
10. Sweet little licence plate and holder, also have original large one for MOT's
11. Stage one tune, screaming eagle exhaust sounds gorgeous, nice low rubmle as you'd expect.
12.King Sportster tank.
