Has anybody got a big cruiser Fnarr Fnarr :p I am thinking about trading up from my 650 dragstar to something a bit bigger 1200cc or above. Does anybody have anything along these lines or had anything along these lines. it will be ridden every day all year round.

Ok I know Im opening meself up for loads of slagging off but. I looked at all the big jap cruisers etc rode a fare few of them but didnt seem to get a lot for my six n a half grand. Got a nice 12yr old heritage softail, ripped all the conchos n ****e of it and Ive got a well reliable bike that will hold its money well when/if I ever get round to selling it, and I dont think that will be for a long time.
Although I wouldnt mind a VTX

I ride an F6C (Valkyrie) all year round. Best bike I've ever had,but takes a lot of cleaning and polishing- especially in winter.

In saying that my heritage is fine, one bike worth looking at is the Moto guzzi, its not common the reliability is now spot on. Good mate of mine uses his california every day for last three years with no problems at all, but I think they're an aquired taste.

The heritage is the best harley around, take the re-cycled ale if you will.
forgive me for being blunt here BUT shouldnt this be in the classifieds?

no i dont think so. i am asking forum members opinion about something that many of them hold close to them that is their bikes. i am not trying to buy or sell anything from anybody on the forum just to get ther opinions on different bikes so that i can decide which bikes i might or might be interested in buying at a later date. i am sorry that you dont feel that this forum is about this sort of thing.

Sounded to me like you were wanting to do a swap or deal with some-one thats all and thought that the classifieds would have been better thats all.
