Stopped fucking smoking 2 days ago in one hour..........FUCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKK I feel like killing everyone and running round docklands at the same time!!!



Racing like a bastard on the way into work and this Teeee-wat on a kwaka 600 told me he thought I was a bit close as we were racing. I told him it's seperates the men from the boys and if he want to playu with kids instead of men....... the lights changed ...

I managed it - 11 weeks now.

Gave up the patches a week ago:D

An I've been smoking heavyily for over 20 years.

Worth it in the long run :)

If possible, when you feel the need to smoke, change what you're doing - break the spell

Trouble is baccy is so cheap (yer know the packets with funny writing on em) and those patches are feckin expensive, £18-20 will keep me in baccy for 4-5 weeks, ahhh, why is life so complicated. :D
