Cruising USA on a bike is a dream, maybe one day I'll get to go over the Golden Gate Bridge or on Route 66 and, phew, to many places to mention on an expensive machine of choice, but back to reality.....
My other 'arf & me like to trundle round the New Forest. We hire a caravan, (our luxury treat, compared to our 'lil rally tent), load up our saddlebags and head of for a weeks exploring and chilling round the forest. Bliss! ;)

Like so many of you folks it's gotta be the old route 66 taking in (or out) a few rednecks on the way (wee, wee little piggy ! )
But I have to agree Corfe, Poole area is totally fab and me and Mitch have to go there soon!
We're doing Faro next year and that's a bit of a dream come true for us - riding en masse over the pyrenees - feckin' fantastic!

agree one of the best bits of having a brother in devon is the wonderful roads i can find to get to him
i am always pleased when i find an ace new road in the uk
me and doro discussed this once
califonia to new york !!! :D
also route 66
also the winding mountain tunnel roads in Portofino, Italy (aka the road at the start of the Italian Job)
in fact
anywhere not in the UK or in the snow/rain lol
just out of interest
the original route 66 was replaced by a bigger better road, and the old route has fallen into disrepair and was unusable in some places
but it suddenly got so popular amongst visitors wanting to do the original route 66 that is is now up and running again mainly as a tourist attraction..!
cool
