Hate miserable dark days & nights

Im like me old man, he hates the heat to. Tell ya what Kingo, nothin better than being up round Snowdonia in the snow etc, no holiday makers, no tacky herberts etc etc. Best weekend i had was campin at the foot of Tryfan in 85mph winds with a minus 25 wind chill. Bloody gorgeous (of course it helps having good clobber).
Anyway, it seriously makes me feel cack this hot weather, have bad guts, headaches etc etc. Guess were all different, and yeah Pat, prefer riding me bike in winter to, madness is all in the mind :D

personnally prefer it once out of work, chilling out with mates, cant do in the sun (go lobster straight away) but great for evening rides..
this summer aint been so bad, only really rained while at work.. on the way to rallies...., at rallies... accross europe..
at least as its summer the rain is warmer

We've just been down the beach under the cliffs enjoying swimming in the sea and then sunbathing. As long as there's water nearby the heat is fantastic.

The colder the better for me ive worked all over the world and was nevr happier than in Bosnia working nights in -25c without windchill, so long as youve got a woolly jumper its ace. Im with you Rob. :D

prefer the cold, the new health and safety laws on building sites consist of us wearing a MINIMUM of Safety helmet, toe capped boots, high vis vest, jeans (no shorts allowed) and a long sleeved jumper, yeah right, kiss my arse, its over 130 degrees in the open and then when you have silverboard insulation in front of you it turns into an oven, then they moan when you pass out on the scaffold due to heat sickness :mad:

Living in this country you have to make the most of whatever the weather throws at you but I must admit I do prefer my weather in the correct season i.e warm in summer, cold in winter etc. :)
Must stop this being philosophical and becoming all sensible someone might mistake me for being intelligent!!!!!!! :eek:
