As a keen walker, I would likely kill the person riding this.

In fairness mate based on most of your comments I would say you are maladjusted enough to want to kill everyone :D

me too... when I get home I'll post some pics of a quad I saw in Oz, it had paddles for tyres because they were dune running. It looked amazing.

I look forward to that..........being a boating man I would have thought that jetskis would interest me but I personally find them a waste of time but this one really appeals :)

Why?With the surface area of the tracks it probably does less damage than you do with your boots.

Nope, 4 tracks propelling a couple hundred kilos plus rider. Each track holds more surface area than my size 9's, plus I am not pushing off on the full surface area of the boot.

What I mean is that the "footprint" is bigger, the weight is therefore spread resulting in a low ground pressure, hence less damage, whereas your boots have a much higher ground pressure proportionately as all your weight will be concentrated. That thing would probably negociate powder snow or sand easily where you (or I) would sink in.

Well I am with yoda on this one,, I want one as well... and right now!!
If you want to test it Abbs, I would be more than willing to drive it over your foot, and then let you walk over the treads and see which one hurts the most!!:)

Is this before or after I take your head off at the waist with something very sharp? ;)

Agreed, same way an 8 stone bimbo in Stilletoes would cause more damage to a wooden dance floor than a 2 ton baby elephant.

Which is why I've made it my life's work to get bimbos off their feet and onto their backs... got to save the Oak flooring folks!

They race Summer-fied Snowmobiles in France, like that Quad, but they have rubber on the rear tracks and in-line skater-wheels for the skis.. but they've always been a bit strange, the French bikers

PS...hmmm looking for a picture and found THESE>>>
