He who laughs last.
I had camera flash me some 6 weeks ago in Liverpool. Not received summons yet, however, when telling wife, she laughs, and says I'm stupid for getting caught, she's never had a single point on licence. Well today a summons turns up for HER. doing 50 in a 40. Yes did I bloody well laugh.

or did you do what the rest of us real men do
...
say it/do it when they have left the house and are at least 5 miles away with ear plugs in, their mobiles turned off the stereo at home turned up loud incase the neighbours hear and tell her.

something very similar happened to me, when i bought my new bike back in february i took it straight out onto the nearest dual carriage way and i was convinced i'd triggered a gatso, the following weekend my missus was driving back from friends in swansea, come off the m5 at junction2 got home and thought no more about it until about 10 days later a summons thuds on the floor, i opened it expecting it was for me but no,. it was for my wife. this was'nt so bad until 3 days later another summons arrives timed seven minutes after the first! not so funny six points on her license and £120 quid in fines .

If you don't hear anything within 3 weeks the notiification of prosecution will have lapsed.
Apparently, also only 10% of flashed drivers are ever prosecuted.

So i'm told.
hope i'm right.

I only laughed because its her first and I have never been able to keeo a clean licence for more than 6 months.

Yes was well clear (by phone) still a bit sore, but told no permanent damage.
Oh had to promise to buy her some more shoes. And a wardrobe to put them in. Do you think my 5 second laugh was worth it?
